Every customer is a collection of different worldviews, it’s our job to adapt to them.

We should allow the different demands and special requests of each customer to tell us the current state of the market.

When we communicate with customers, we might encounter requests that might seem weird, but when the next customer repeats that request, it no longer becomes weird, but it is growing into a popular demand in the market.

We have discovered a new trend early, all because we listened to weird requests from our customer.

The key to closing a sale is to listen and by listen we can piece together their perspective on how they envision to use your service.
